My Interviews: Company 1: 1 phone interview, 1 on-site interview, 1 video interview. I honestly nailed the phone interview along with the first round on-site interview. They then sent me a video interview where I record myself for some odd reason and answer the questions while I was being recorded. Honestly, it was harder than I expected, trying to sell myself in front of a camera without any body language, facial expression, or something to get a feedback from.
