Overall experience good and lot to learn. The work culture here is quite restricted and process should be always in right path. I learnt lots of things like negotiations/contracts/clauses/ SAP etc. The staff both senior & junior has always been supportive. The toughest part of the job is to regularize the work into SAP and the enjoyable part is to get liberty in any aspect. When I was starting my career with abhijeet group that time company is in high postion in terms of growth, finance but now the group is survived Good Management with free and fair hand to all senior executives.

I was given an independent charge in Abhijeet Group for Procurement ( Negotiation & Order releasing) their 1x300MW Power Plant proposed at Visakhapatnam. My work was appriciated by the Management. I was reporting to "VP- Procurement" and also to "Group MD". Pros Work Appreciation, acknowledgement Very poor understanding of work. easy and unlimited access to topmost level by lower level employees. Salary problem. no commitment for employees. poor employment. My primary responsibility was to coordinate between the owner's and the Design Consultant's team by understanding the owner's needs and communicating it to the Consultants accurately and effectively to get the desired result. This also required coordination between various departments within the company, other Consultants, Vendors and Professionals concerned with the project. I learned to work well under pressure and efficiently plan, coordinate and meet deadlines. the worlplace culture was very supportive but at the same time very target oriented.

There I almost managed around 250+ manpower including both staff and contractor. Involved in procurement, decision making in commercial activities also. Pros good enjoyment and staff relation under pressure to acieve the target. 2. I have learned how to complete the target under pressure. good. co-workers arevery co-operative &positive minded. technical problem occur in site due to design&drawing issue, have to convince the contrctor to do so. 6. whenever target job completed. Working in such an adverse situation amidst Moaist was extremely challenging. Abhijeet Group Management, Security team and the co-workers were very cooperative and helping which enabled me to accomplish the desired goal within stipulated time. * There was a 3 floor a/c hostel with mess providing delicious food free of cost, we enjoyed a lot celebrating festivals together like a family had been the best part of my job. working culture was good. but company is unstable. it has closed all his projects. So I don't like this type of company.

good NPA against bank loan lack of management not paid employees salary 6-7 months no growth of company they are depended only on bank loan there are no any financial control professional are required for running business A place to start any one career. You will get freedom to work, express your self. Financial growth was nice. Support of seniors and management was excellent. We worked at Ranchi office and from a 3-year company not giving clearing salary due. Company promotor run away. like me there are so many staff waiting for dues. Couldn't provide us with salaries projects were suffering a lot but yes I learnt a lot many things in Abhijeet but they could have used our skill in a much better way. I have started as a fresher & worked for 4 my tenure every thing was were assigned responsibilities to our level. Food is not ministration is also not convincing. A nicest organization and works place to works and enriched the carrier & knowledge. structured and systematized organizations.
